Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT:
. A non Refundable deposit of 20% is required to secure your appointment.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE:
. If clients do not provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling, this will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
LATE POLICY:
. Client are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointment to avoid delays.
. 15 minutes grace period allowed,after this , A $10 charge will be applied and appointment will be cancelled after 25 minutes.
GUESTS:
. To maintain a comfortable and efficient environment , clients are allowed only one extra guest.
AGE RESTRICTION:
. Clients should be at least 10 years old to receive hair braiding services.
AVAILABILITY:
. Tuesday-Saturday (8am-5pm).
